New Supported File Type: PowerPoints 

PowerPoint (.pptx) files are now supported on projects — upload and manage them alongside your other file types.

Account & Team Settings Updates
We’ve made a few improvements to how you manage your Warrant account and team.

• Edit your user name: You can now update your name directly in Account Settings using the pencil icon next to your current name.

• Re-send team invitations: Team admins can re-send pending invites from the Team Settings page via the menu next to each pending member.

Multi-select Users Per Approval Stage
Streamline complex review processes without losing clarity or accountability. You can now assign multiple users to each approval stage within your project workflow. When adding or editing a stage, include one or more users and choose whether all or any must approve before moving forward. These settings can be adjusted at both the project and board level, giving your team flexibility to match their specific review processes. Notifications are automatically sent to all assigned approvers, and every action is recorded in logs for full visibility.

Archive Projects
This feature keeps your workspace organized by allowing you to archive projects that are no longer active. Archived projects are safely stored and accessible when needed, while staying out of your team’s daily workflow. This helps reduce clutter, maintain focus on current priorities, and preserve a clear record of past work for future reference.

Expiring Soon
This feature helps you quickly spot upcoming project review deadlines before they slip through the cracks. By highlighting projects and approvals nearing their expiration dates, your team gains the visibility needed to prioritize effectively and eliminate last-minute scrambles.

We’re excited to roll out a major product update with powerful new features to make marketing compliance even smoother and more customizable. Here's what's new:

1. Brand Settings – Upload Disclaimers
   Disclaimers can now be uploaded directly under Brand Settings as an Excel spreadsheet or CSV. This lets customers set up custom disclosures and policies that get automatically checked during the AI review process

2. Brand Guidelines Check
   Your brand guidelines are now built into the compliance review, so every asset is checked for both compliance and brand consistency automatically

3. Pre-select Project Board 
   Approval forms now let customers load the right project settings automatically, saving time and ensuring each approval is tailored to the specific project

4. Team Settings 
   We’ve refreshed the Team Settings UI, making it easier to manage users and control board access so teams can collaborate smoothly and assign the right permissions

5. Multi-File Upload for Brand and Disclosures
   You can now upload multiple files at once across brand assets, disclosures, and project assets. The new drag-and-drop feature makes it even faster to get everything in

6. Spell Check
   Spell Check is now built into the AI review process and can be toggled on or off in Brand Settings, giving teams the flexibility to use it only when they need it

7. Multi Product Checks 
   Products that cross industries can now be checked more easily. The AI review process automatically covers a wider range of products, making reviews faster and more seamless
