Warrant OS

Global Sensitivity Control

Super admins can now set a global sensitivity level in Scan Settings to control how aggressively Warrant flags content in Studio and Scan. Dial it back to surface only serious violations, or turn it up to catch everything, even minor issues. One setting, platform-wide impact.

Inline Markup PDF & Images Tool

You can now annotate PDFs and images directly in the file viewer: draw boxes, cross out text, add notes, and redline without downloading or leaving Warrant. Markup persists, shows your profile picture, and the original file stays intact alongside the annotated version. You can click download from file viewer to download the marked up file.

Dropbox Integration

Upload files to Warrant OS directly from a Dropbox URL from "Create New" -> "Website URL". As long as the link is 'anyone can view,' your file imports seamlessly into your workspace.

Download All File Data

When you click download on a file or multiple files, you'll be prompted to download (1) all file metadata, (2) all file versions, or (3) a report from the Reports portal. You can download as a CSV, PDF, or XLSV.

Reports Portal

Export reports as CSV, PDF, or XLSX to share compliance findings or analyze results externally. Create and save custom filters to build and save report views tailored to your team’s workflow. You can even favorite reports for easy access from the sidebar.

Large File Uploads

Files up to 500MB now upload reliably via direct-to-cloud transfer, fixing the 50MB limit that was causing errors on video and large assets.

Other Improvements

Custom policies on by default. Bulk scans now automatically include custom policies and disclosures. Previously these were off by default, meaning disclosure checks were silently skipped during bulk runs.

State regulation scoping. State-specific regulations no longer appear in scan results unless a state has been selected. This reduces noise for teams scanning materials that aren't state-specific.

Consistent regulator names. Scan results now display regulators in a standardized format (Full Name + Acronym) with no duplicates. "FTC" and "Federal Trade Commission" no longer show as separate groups in the same scan.
