Warrant allows you to annotate PDFs and images directly inside the File Viewer. This makes it easy to highlight issues, suggest edits, and communicate feedback without leaving the platform.
Where Markups Are Available
Open a PDF or image from your asset library to access the markup tools in the viewer. An annotation toolbar appears above the file, allowing you to add visual feedback directly on the document.
Available Markup Tools
You can visually mark specific areas of a file using tools such as:
Shapes (boxes, circles, lines, arrows)
Freehand drawing
Text annotations
Highlights or strike-throughs
Comments and notes
These tools help reviewers clearly indicate what needs attention without lengthy explanations.
Downloading Marked Files
After adding annotations, you can download the file with the markups applied. This is useful for sharing feedback outside Warrant or keeping a record of requested changes.
Click the "Download" button from the markup bar.
