Warrant OS

Sign in with Microsoft

You can now log into Warrant OS with a Microsoft account. Both Microsoft work or school accounts and personal Microsoft accounts are supported, alongside the login methods you already use, so getting your team into Warrant is faster and works with the identity provider most enterprises already have in place.

Citations linked to source regulations

When a scan flags a citation, you can now click straight through to the underlying regulation text. Reviewers no longer need to leave Warrant to read the rule in context, which makes verifying flagged content faster and keeps the full review in one place.

Comments on scan results

Comments are back on individual scan results. You can attach a comment directly to a flagged alert on a piece of collateral, and that comment stays with the alert for anyone reviewing the scan later, so reviewer rationale and back-and-forth become part of the compliance record.

Mid-stream approval reassignments

Approvals no longer have to wait on someone who is out of office. You can hand a single pending approval to a different reviewer at any point, or bulk-transfer all of one user's pending approvals from the Approvals list, and the full approval history stays on the audit trail.

Brand Guidelines versioning and re-imports

Brand guidelines now carry a full version history with timestamps and authors, plus a diff view that shows exactly what changed between any two versions. When a brand sends an updated guide, you can re-import the new file and Warrant will smart-merge it, detecting what was added, removed, or modified relative to the previous version, while keeping every marketing piece tied to the version it was scanned against. For teams with quarterly cycles, your compliance team can also be notified automatically when a new version goes live, with an impact summary of what changed.

Approvals toggle and a Product portal refresh

Workspace admins can now turn the approval requirement on or off for disclosures and products at the workspace level, useful when your review process doesn't need a formal approval step everywhere. The Product portal also got a refresh, with the option to add a sub-product directly from the product detail view, and clicking a product now opens the full detail page rather than a sidebar peek panel.

MOV video uploads

You can now upload .mov videos through the standard upload flow. They're processed and validated the same way as the other video formats you already use.

Faster page loads

The subscription and usage data that powers every page on Warrant OS now loads noticeably faster, so the app feels snappier across the board, especially for accounts with a lot of files.
