7.3.2026 Release Notes

Sharper scans, smarter Studio, and faster ways to get work into Warrant.

Written by Daisy Akinbo

See What Changed Between Versions in Scan

Reviewing a new version of a file no longer means starting the scan from scratch. Scan now surfaces what has changed from the previous version, so a compliance officer can quickly see whether previously flagged issues were addressed and whether the revision introduced anything new. Instead of re-reading the full scan output on every pass, you go straight to what's different.

Scan Scores and Approval Status on Video Thumbnails

Video thumbnails now show each asset's scan score alongside its current approval status, across My Uploads, Projects, and Folders. You can see at a glance how a video performed and where it stands in review without opening it, making it far quicker to triage a library of assets.

Risk-Level Indicators on Studio Flags

Every policy flag in Studio now displays a low, medium, or high risk label. When you're working to improve a compliance score, the labels tell you which flags to prioritize first, so you can focus effort where it matters most rather than treating every flag the same.

Non-English Content Support in Studio and Scan

Studio and Scan now handle non-English assets reliably. Prompts guide the model to analyze content in its original language and preserve verbatim quotes, so Spanish, French, and other non-English marketing assets are scanned accurately and highlights land in the right place rather than breaking on translation.

Conditional Disclosure Logic (If/Then Rules)

You can now automate disclosure requirements with conditional logic. Define rules such as "IF product X is mentioned THEN disclosure Y is required," combine conditions with AND/OR, and have the right disclosures applied automatically during scans based on content analysis. A rule builder lets compliance teams create and manage conditions, with a preview mode to test them before they go live.

Add URLs Directly Inside a Project

Adding a URL to an existing project no longer requires the top-level Create New button. You can now add URLs straight from the Add File icon within a project, which makes quick work of sessions where you have several links to bring in at once, removing the workaround of converting URLs to PDFs first.

Monday.com Integration

Warrant now integrates with Monday.com so compliance can be built directly into your content publishing pipeline. For teams that run publishing workflows in Monday.com, Warrant can be slotted in before content goes live, keeping review in place without disrupting an established automated process.

Smarter, More Accurate Compliance Scans

Under the hood, scans now allocate model attention by stakes rather than treating every rule equally. Policies are prioritized by severity and grouped by regulator and topic so related rules are evaluated together, and findings map back to policies through normalized rule identifiers instead of fuzzy name matching. The result is more relevant, more reliable scan output.
