Build Your Own File Details Form
The details panel that appears after you upload a file is now yours to define. Add your own fields and dropdowns — channel, audience, tags, language — and set the available options from Company Settings. Any field can be marked required, so a file cannot be submitted until the information your team relies on for review and audit is filled in.
Spreadsheets You Can Read
Excel files now open in a live spreadsheet viewer instead of a flattened image split across pages. Cell text stays legible, you can scroll across the full sheet in both directions, and multi-sheet workbooks have tabs to move between them. Reviewers no longer need to open the source file elsewhere to review it.
Search That Finds the File
Search now indexes file names, so searching a file's name returns that file. An exact name match is floated to the top rather than buried among similarly named files, and partial matches still appear beneath it. Custom field values are also searched and ranked properly, so request IDs, submitter names and status values work as search terms.
Timestamps That Travel
For audio and video, every finding is anchored to the moment it occurs — and that timestamp now travels with it. It appears in scan results, in Studio, and in reporting exports and file detail downloads, so a finding routed to another system arrives with its location intact. Audio and video files scanned before this release will need a rescan to pick up usable timestamps.
Comments in Your Downloads
Download File Details now includes the comments left on the file. A download you share outside the platform carries the review conversation with it, instead of arriving without the annotations that gave it context.
Fuller Report Exports
Report exports now include reviewer comments and the justification recorded for each relevancy decision, along with the policy the comment attaches to and its severity, so calibration can be done from one report instead of by opening each asset. Exports are also generated and streamed by the server now, which lifts the previous 20,000-file ceiling and delivers one complete file rather than several partial downloads.
AI Suggestions, Field by Field
Custom metadata fields are filled in automatically by AI on upload, and each field can now be opted out individually. In Company Settings → Custom Metadata Fields, an AI suggestions checkbox in the add/edit dialog turns suggestions off for that field, and the field list marks it clearly. Fields you leave alone behave exactly as before.
Notifications You Can Follow
Notifications now open on what's unread, with everything you've already read kept in its own tab. The notifications card in settings also shows who receives each notification at each stage of the workflow so there's no guesswork about who gets alerted when.
Editing Role Assignments
Correcting a role assignment no longer means deleting it and adding a new one. Assignments can be edited directly, so fixing a mistake takes one action instead of three.
