Brand-Scoped Policies

Compliance policies can now be scoped to specific brands, so multi-brand teams stop getting flagged on rules that don't apply to them.

  1. A new Brand tab in the Brand Portal lets you manage each brand's name, description, logo, and guidelines in one place.

  2. Policies can be tied to one or more brands directly from the policy creation screen.

  3. Brand is auto-detected on upload and applied to each asset, with manual override always available.

  4. Assets are only checked against the policies that apply to their assigned brand, plus any policies marked global.

  5. Policies with no brand assignment continue to apply globally by default, so nothing changes for single-brand accounts.

Adjustable Brand Guidelines Confidence

The confidence threshold for brand and style-guide checks can now be tuned independently of your compliance and regulatory policy settings, so you can raise sensitivity on tone, terminology, and formatting checks without changing how strict compliance review is. Useful for teams reviewing a high volume of style-guide submissions who want a more thorough "proofreader" pass layered on top of compliance review.

Redesigned Social Feed

Today's Feed in Social has been rebuilt around two focused sources instead of generic industry content.

  • Company highlights. Compliance-approved assets, cleared talking points, and internal milestones.

  • Posts to engage with. Recent posts from people at your company and partner firms.

  • A fixed "Post ideas for you" panel sits alongside the feed, with one-click drafting into Studio and a "New ideas" refresh action.

  • A new "Schedule a Post" shortcut sits below the ideas panel.

  • A Saved Posts toggle filters the feed down to items you've bookmarked.

Unified Social Reporting

Reports opened from the Social section now default to your social post data, including status, ownership, channel, publish date, engagement, compliance score, and findings, using the exact same Reports interface, filters, sorting, and export as the rest of the platform. Reports opened from your asset library continue to default to library data, unchanged.

Auto-Number Custom Fields

A new custom field type automatically generates a unique, non-editable ID for every asset as soon as it's created, with no manual entry required. Useful for teams that need to reference Warrant assets by ID in other systems for tracking and reporting.

AI Transparency & Provenance

New disclosure and export changes make it clear when and how AI is involved in a finding, in line with EU AI Act Article 50 transparency requirements.

  • First-interaction disclosure. A one-time notice the first time you interact with AI-generated findings, explaining that a human reviewer makes the final call on every finding.

  • Persistent "AI" indicator. An info icon and tooltip on every AI-generated finding across the review queue, detail view, and export preview.

  • Machine-readable provenance on exports. PDF, CSV, and API exports now include metadata identifying which findings were AI-generated, along with the model and timestamp used.

Audio File Support

Warrant now accepts MP3, WAV, and M4A audio files for compliance review, useful for radio spots, podcast ads, and IVR/hold scripts. Upload audio the same way you upload any other asset, and it's automatically transcribed with timestamps and scanned for compliance findings the same way video content already is. Unsupported or corrupted audio files return a clear, actionable error instead of failing silently.
