9.11.2026 Release Notes

Better asset detail experience, improved brand portal, unified settings and faster Social performance.

Written by Austin Carroll

A redesigned asset detail panel

Opening an asset now starts with a pinned summary card that carries the compliance score along with how it changed from the previous version, the current status, the owner, the expiration date and the submit for approval action, which has moved out of the page header. The card keeps its position as you work, so nothing shifts under you when a scan lands. Below it, the panel is organized into collapsible sections for classification, dates, custom fields, the AI summary and file information. Each section remembers whether you left it open, closed sections show a one line summary of what they hold, and empty optional fields tuck behind a single toggle instead of filling the panel with blanks.

A new Audit tab

Everything you would look at to answer "what happened to this asset and what was it checked against" now lives in one tab. Applied regulations are shown full width, searchable and grouped by regulator with counts. Approval history shows the status and a round by round timeline with reassign and cancel actions. The activity log rolls repeated actions by the same person into a single line so it reads as a history rather than a feed. Folder and project associations sit alongside them.

Editing asset details in place

Changing one value no longer means opening a whole form and looking for a save button. Double-click any value, or use its pencil, and that single row becomes its editor. Click away and the change is saved. Associations behave the same way, so projects and folders can be added or removed with a double-click.

Transcripts for audio and video

Audio and video files now have a Transcript tab in the asset viewer showing the full timestamped transcript. This is the same transcript the compliance scan reads, so you can see exactly what was reviewed rather than inferring it from the findings. The tab appears only on file types that have one.

Active records by default across Disclosures, Products and AI Policies

These pages previously listed every record ever created, including archived ones and ones toggled off, which inflated counts and made it hard to tell what was actually live. They now default to showing only what is in effect. Filters let you bring archived and disabled records back at any time, active filters are clearly marked and easy to clear, and the counts on the page always match what you are looking at. Nothing was changed in your data, only what is shown first.

Read-only by default in the Brand Portal

Disclosure, Product and Brand detail pages now open in a read-only view for everyone, including admins. Most visits to a disclosure are to read the approved language and copy it into a campaign, not to change it, so the text and its variants stay fully selectable with the existing copy buttons while no editing controls are within accidental reach. Admins enter editing from a toggle in the page header and return to read-only when finished. The Disclosures, Products and Brands list pages now carry the same actions in the same order with the same labels, and Brands gains the CSV download the other two already had.

Product policies live on the Product page

The automatically generated product policies created from your Product Portal entries no longer appear in the AI Policies tab mixed in with your custom policies. They are managed entirely from the Auto-Generated Compliance Policies panel on each individual product, where they can be switched on and off as product features change. New product policies now start disabled, so they apply only once you deliberately opt in, and a policy you have toggled keeps your setting even when the product name or feature list is edited later.

Project audience carries down to assets

An audience set at the project level now flows automatically to every asset scanned inside that project, so assets are reviewed against the audience you intended without having to set it again file by file.

Control over the File Details panel

Admins can now choose which fields appear in the File Details panel from Settings, hiding built-in fields or the custom fields section for their company while keeping the stored values intact. Edits made in that panel now carry through to the file itself, so a change to description, tags, channel, audience, product, language, dates or any custom field shows up consistently in search, listings, exports and policy matching.

A reorganized Settings

The Settings sidebar now runs in a single clear order, from personal settings through company, members, compliance and Social. Pages that had drifted into duplicates have been merged: preferences and notifications are now one page, and custom fields and option lists are now one page called Fields and option lists, with Required at Upload placed first since it is what most admins come to set. Old links still work and redirect to the new locations. Search inside Settings has been brought up to date so terms like "required at upload", "option lists" and "connected accounts" land on the right control.

Clearer Usage numbers

The Usage page now reports your total file count across all time, with the selected period's additions shown underneath, rather than showing one period's uploads under a total label. Files uploaded as new versions of an existing file are no longer counted as separate files, which brings the number in line with what your library shows. Storage is now reported as a running total against your quota. The page also adds a count of connected Social accounts with a breakdown by platform, which is a separate number from your Social seats and often the more useful one.

Faster Social post generation

Posts, including posts generated from a URL, now come back noticeably faster, and previews open in full rather than partially.
