Reporting

Create reusable and saved reports to access your Warrant data.

The Reports page lets you create, customize, and export structured views of your asset library for tracking approvals, status, expirations, and compliance information.

Instead of reviewing files individually, you can generate a filtered report that reflects exactly what you need to see and reuse it anytime.

Creating a Report

Click New Report to open the report builder. From there, you can search your asset library and refine results using filters such as status, file type, tags, dates, and additional criteria. You can also adjust which columns appear and how results are sorted from the Columns button.

Once configured, save the report to reuse it any time. Saved reports appear on the Reports page and can be marked as favorites for quick access.

Templates

Prebuilt templates help you get started quickly:

  • Full Report β€” Complete asset inventory and metadata

  • Approvals Log β€” Approved or expired documents

  • Expiring Soon β€” Files approaching expiration

Templates can be used as-is or customized with your own filters.

Reports can be exported for external use in:

  • CSV

  • XLSX

  • PDF

Exports reflect the current filters, columns, and sorting applied in the report, making it easy to share relevant information or analyze data outside Warrant.
