6.26.2026 Release Notes

Create, generate, approve, and track social posts without switching tools.

Written by Daisy Akinbo

Social Workspace, Built Into Warrant OS

Reach is now part of Warrant OS. A single top-level toggle at the top of the screen switches you between your standard Library and the new Social workspace. Switching modes re-scopes everything around you, so your left navigation, default folders, search, notifications, approvals, and calendar all update to match the mode you're in. When you're in Social, your folders become All Social Posts, which holds every post you have access to, and Projects, which shows the projects tagged for social work. The toggle remembers your choice within a session, and any direct link to a social post always opens in Social mode, so you never land in the wrong context.

Flexible Post Creation

There are now three ways to start a post. You can begin a text post and start writing immediately with your cursor placed in the post body, upload an image or video through the familiar upload flow, or generate a post from scratch with AI. Every post opens in the file viewer with a rich-text body at the top and your media rendered directly below it. Any media you upload runs through the same AI processing as the rest of your files, including auto-tagging, transcripts, and smart metadata, so your social content is just as searchable and organized as everything else in OS. During an image or video upload, you can also file the post straight into a project or folder.

AI Post Generation With Studio

Studio is now available for social posts. Open it from any post and set your inputs for tone, goal, target platform, and a brand-guideline reference, and Studio generates on-brand copy for you. The draft lands directly in your post body, ready to refine inline, so you go from a blank post to an editable, on-brand draft in a few clicks. Choosing Generate Post when you create a new post opens a fresh post and launches Studio automatically, so generation is the first thing in front of you.

Compliance Scans on Social Content

You can check any post for compliance before it goes out, right from the post view. Scans run against your Reach-specific policy set, applying the same trusted compliance checks you already rely on across the rest of your content. Each post also includes a built-in Chat scoped to that specific post, covering its copy, media, and transcript, so you can review and pressure-test a post without leaving the viewer.

Built-In Approvals

Social content now flows through approvals the same way the rest of your work does. Admins can create approval flows tagged specifically for Reach, and when you submit a post for review you'll only see the flows meant for social work, which keeps the right reviewers in the loop. Approvers get a matching Reach filter on the Approvals page, so they can isolate social items from everything else and move through their queue faster.

Social Folders and My Posts

Your social content has a clear home. All Social Posts gives you every post you can see in one place, and Projects lets you organize work by project. The new My Posts view scopes everything down to just the posts you've created yourself. It works just like My Uploads, so it's instantly familiar and makes it easy to pick up where you left off.

Social Reporting

A new social media report is available on the Reports surface, bringing visibility into your Reach activity alongside your existing reports. There's no separate tool to open, since your social reporting now lives right next to the rest of your reporting.

Reach Access and Seats

Reach access is managed per person. Admins can enable it for individual team members from a new Reach access control in Team settings, and your Billing page shows Reach seat usage clearly, with seats used versus purchased, so it's easy to track at a glance. Team members without Reach access won't see the Social toggle or any social surfaces.
