ODT File Upload Support
Warrant now accepts OpenDocument Text (.odt) files, the format used by LibreOffice, OpenOffice, and Google Docs exports.
You can upload .odt files anywhere you'd upload a document today, whether adding a file within a project or creating one at the top level. ODT content is fully parsed and scanned for compliance, just like .docx and other supported document formats. File previews load correctly, and search works across ODT document content. If a file is malformed or can't be processed, you'll see a clear error message.
If your team works in open source document tools, you no longer need to convert files to Word or PDF before submitting them for review.
Version Aware Approval Flow
The approval flow now understands file versions the way your team actually works with them.
When a version is sent back with changes requested, it can no longer be accidentally resubmitted unchanged. Once you upload a new version, a Resubmit option appears that lets you describe your changes and choose which version to put forward for review.
When the new version is approved, older versions from the same approval chain are automatically removed from the approval queue, so reviewers only see what still needs their attention. The full history is preserved in the audit trail: every prior version stays visible and clearly linked to the approved file.
More Visible Navigation in File Review
The left and right arrows for moving between files in a project used to sit at the far edges of the screen and were easy to miss. They're now larger, bolder, and positioned closer to the asset you're reviewing, making it much easier to step through files one after another.
