Product catalog checks in Scan and Studio
Warrant now checks the claims in your content against your own product catalog. If a flyer says a product has no annual fee and your catalog says otherwise, that comes back as a finding instead of passing quietly.
Warrant matches content to your products automatically, either from the products tagged on the file or from product names found in the content.
Findings appear under Company Product, alongside your regulation, disclosure, policy, trademark and brand guideline findings.
On by default, and can be switched off for a single scan in Customize Scan.
Skipped quietly if you have no product catalog or nothing matches, so the rest of the scan is unaffected.
Studio uses the same catalog, so claims are caught while your team is still drafting.
Business day SLAs
Review SLAs can now be measured in business days instead of elapsed hours. Warrant applies a working calendar so time over a weekend or a company holiday does not count against a reviewer's clock, which means an asset submitted late Friday is not already overdue on Monday morning.
SLAs can also be tied to a stage in your approval flow rather than to a priority level. The clock starts when an asset reaches that stage and stops when the stage is complete, so time spent with other teams earlier in the workflow does not count against it. Talk to your Warrant contact to set this up on your approval flow.
Set the working calendar on the SLA policies tab. Existing SLAs measured in hours keep working exactly as they do today.
Company wide multi factor authentication
Administrators can now require a second factor at sign in for everyone in their organization, from Company Settings.
A correct password no longer signs a user straight in. Warrant emails a single use link, valid for fifteen minutes.
Users can trust their browser for thirty days to skip the challenge on that device.
Google and Microsoft sign ins are not sent an email, since the identity provider is already the second factor.
Nobody is challenged twice in a row right after accepting an invitation or resetting a password.
Companies that leave the setting off see no change.
