Emails (.msg and .eml) and web or link captures open in the asset viewer as a PDF preview. On these assets, the scan button used to get stuck on "Processing video..." and stay disabled. Now it shows the correct status, and you can scan as soon as the file is ready. Videos and audio that are still processing show a label that matches their file type.

A web or link capture added to Studio through Add from Library now previews properly, instead of showing "No preview available."

Duplicate detection now checks every upload, including admin and bulk uploads. An exact copy of a file already in your library is flagged, even if it was uploaded days later or through a different route.

Large images and PDFs now open centered at every zoom level. They load once without jumping, and PDFs stay centered and sharp after you zoom in.

The AI description and the suggested channel, audience, geography and brand now fill in once. Before, they could be rewritten several times while you were looking at them.

Run Scan now disables as soon as you click it, so a second click can't start a duplicate scan. This also means scans finish in full, rather than as partial results with a lower score. The Scan button on the Info panel now starts the scan and opens the Scan tab in one step. If a newly uploaded file isn't ready yet, the scan starts automatically once it is.

Files, previews and videos could stop loading after long periods of use. That's fixed, so content keeps loading throughout the day.

Administrators can now require a completed scan on the current version of an asset before it can be submitted for compliance review. Reviewers then receive every asset with its findings ready.

We tightened how sign-in matches each person to their company. Every sign-in now lands in the right account with the right role.
