Download One File
Open the file (double-click).
Click Download button in top right-hand corner.
Download Multiple Files
Navigate to Library or Folder View and select multiple files by holding down SHIFT key.
Click "Download" icon from the bottom hover bar.
Warrant creates a ZIP with all selected files.
Download Options
Warrant will give you several options for your download. You can also unselect everything and just download the primary version file by default.
Download all Versions - Y/N | Download all versions of the asset linked in the file. These will be downloaded as a zipped file. |
Download Metadata - Y/N | A full CSV, Excel, or PDF of the asset's entire metadata, including approvals, file details, scan reports, etc. |
Generate a Report | Download a company-wide report (created in Reports page on sidebar) with specific information. |
