Integrations FAQ

What connects to Warrant today, and how to bring in content from other tools.

Written by Austin Carroll

The short answer to "do my marketers have to leave their current tool?" depends on the tool. Some connect to Warrant directly, so content is checked where your team already works. For other tools, there is usually a quick way in, such as a link, an export or a spreadsheet. This FAQ lists what connects today and how to keep any extra steps light.

What integrates with Warrant today?

Integration

What it does

Learn more

Microsoft Word & PowerPoint

An add-in with a Compliance Scan button. Scan the open document or deck and see findings in a side panel, without leaving Office.

monday.com

Scans a board item when it reaches a status you choose, and writes the result back to the board.

Slack

Sends approval, scan and comment notifications to a Slack channel.

Figma

Import a design frame by pasting its Figma link.

Dropbox

Import a file or a whole folder from a Dropbox shared link.

Website URL capture

Paste a public web page link and Warrant captures the page for scanning. A direct link to a PDF imports the PDF.

Outlook and email files

Upload saved emails (.msg, .oft, .eml) to scan them. Attachments in .msg and .oft files are added as separate files.

Social channels

With Social, connect LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit and YouTube accounts, and publish approved posts from Warrant.

Google and Microsoft sign-in

Log in with Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft.

Spreadsheet imports and exports

Import products, disclosures and Brand Portal library records from Excel or CSV. Export reports as CSV, Excel or PDF.

Slack and monday.com are connected by an admin under Settings > Company Integrations. Figma is connected by each person under Personal Integrations.

Will my marketers need to add a manual step?

For Word, PowerPoint, monday.com and Figma, review happens inside the tool or from a link, so there's little or nothing extra to do. For other tools, the step is usually "download and upload" or "paste a link". To keep it light:

  • Upload many files at once with Bulk Upload or a ZIP file.

  • Paste links instead of exporting where you can (web pages, PDFs, Dropbox, Figma).

  • Use Slack notifications so nobody has to check Warrant for updates.
