9.18.2026 Release Notes

Sharper compliance reviews, a smoother document viewer, asset cleanup tools, and more;

Written by Austin Carroll

See exactly where a finding came from

Every scan finding now carries its source location, including page, section, paragraph, and timestamp for media, so reviewers can jump straight to the passage in question instead of hunting for it.

Scan before submit

Items entering compliance review must be scanned first. This closes a gap where unscanned material could reach reviewers, keeping the queue consistently vetted.

Clearer approval lifecycle, and bulk reassignment

Approvals now move through explicit lifecycle statuses, so it's obvious at a glance where each item stands. Admins can reassign reviewers in bulk rather than one item at a time.

Submitters can comment on flags

Submitters can now add inline comments directly on scan flags to give context or push back, without needing reviewer permissions.

Relevancy feedback is role-scoped

Thumbs up and thumbs down on relevancy is now limited to the roles meant to give that signal, so feedback that tunes results comes from the right people.

Full-width pan and scroll when zoomed

Zooming into a document no longer cuts off the edges. Panning and scrolling now reach the full width of the page.

Rotate and flip

New orientation controls for documents that were scanned sideways or upside down. Orientation is remembered per file.

Merge duplicates

Admins can now merge duplicate assets and consolidate their history into a single record, backed by improved automatic duplicate detection.

Split assets

Admins can promote a version out of an asset into a standalone asset, useful when unrelated material was uploaded onto the wrong record.

Large file scans no longer fail

Compliance scans on large attachments previously could fail. Big documents and media now scan reliably.
