Bulk Scanning lets you run compliance scans on multiple assets at once, so you don’t have to analyze files individually. This is useful when reviewing large uploads, campaign materials, or existing content libraries.
How to Start a Bulk Scan
Select multiple assets in your library to open the bulk action toolbar. From there, choose the scan option to begin analyzing all selected files.
A confirmation message will appear indicating how many files are being processed.
What Happens During Scanning
Each file is scanned individually as part of a single bulk operation. Processing continues in the background, allowing you to navigate away and keep working without interruption. You’ll see visual indicators while scanning is in progress, and results become available as each file completes.
When the scan finishes, findings are attached to each asset. Open any file to review flagged issues, recommendations, and compliance feedback in detail.

Bulk scanning is helpful when you need consistent analysis across many assets, such as:
