My Uploads

See every file you've uploaded in one place, check where it stands, and act on several files at once.

Written by Austin Carroll

My Uploads is your personal view of every file you've uploaded to Warrant, wherever it's stored. Use it to check where your files stand in review, pick up work in progress, and act on several files at once.

Where to find it

Click My Uploads in the left sidebar. The count next to the page title shows how many files are in the current view.

My Uploads shows files only. Projects don't appear here, even if you created them. Files stay in the folders and projects they belong to; My Uploads simply gathers yours in one place.

Choose a view

Use the view buttons at the top right:

  • Grid view: a preview card for each file.

  • List view: a compact table.

  • Kanban view: files arranged in columns by status, so you can see at a glance what's in draft, in review, approved and so on.

Sort and filter

Click the sort icon to order files by Date Modified, Name, Size, Due Soonest, Expiring Soon, Submitted (Newest) or Submitted (Oldest).

Click the filter icon to narrow the list. You can filter by:

  • Status: Approved, In Review, Draft, Changes Requested, Expired or Archived.

  • Compliance Scan results.

  • Tags, Smart Tags, Folder, Product, Channel, Locations and File Type.

  • Approved By and Approval Flow.

  • Has Website URL, for files added from a website.

  • Your company's custom fields, if any are set up.

Active filters appear as pills above your files. Remove one from its pill, or click Clear all to remove them all.

Tip: filter by Changes Requested to see which of your files need edits before they can be approved.

Work with a single file

Click a file to open it in the file viewer. Or use the ... menu on a file for quick actions such as Open, Rename, Download, Scan for Compliance, Submit for Approval and Archive. Click the star to add a file to your starred items.

Work with several files at once

  1. Select the files you want to work with.

  2. Use the selection bar at the bottom of the page:

    • Scan: run a compliance scan on every selected file.

    • Re-Extract: re-read the text and details from the files.

    • Star or Unstar.

    • Edit Metadata: update details on all selected files in one go.

    • Submit for Approval: send the files into your approval flow together.

    • Merge: merge duplicate files. You pick the main file to keep, and the others are added to it as versions (appears when more than one file is selected).

    • Move: change which folders and projects the files belong to.

    • Download: download one file, or a ZIP of several.

    • Delete (see below).

Archive or delete

Archive is available to everyone. Archived files can be restored later (see Archive, Restore and Delete Files). Filter by the Archived status to find them.

Delete permanently removes a file and can't be undone. By default only admins can delete files, unless your company has allowed other users to delete.

Using Reach?

In Reach (Social), the same page appears as My Posts and shows the posts you've written instead of your uploads.
