Usage

See seats, files, storage, AI scans and Reach usage against your plan.

Written by Austin Carroll

The Usage page shows how much of your Warrant plan your organization is using: seats, files, storage, AI scans and, if you have Social, Reach seats and connected accounts. It is for admins who keep an eye on plan limits or need numbers for a renewal conversation.

Where to find it

  1. Click Settings at the foot of the workspace sidebar.

  2. Under Members, select Usage.

Use the toggle at the top right to choose a period: This Month, This Year or All Time. Some figures follow the period and some always show the current total, as noted below.

What each figure means

  • Active users: the number of user accounts in your company, shown against your allocated seats.

  • File storage: how much storage your files use right now, shown against your storage quota. This is always the current total, whatever period you pick, and includes earlier versions of files.

  • AI scans: the number of compliance scans run in the selected period, shown against your scan allowance for that period. Under All Time, it shows the total number of scans performed.

  • Total files: every file in your library, matching what you see in the library itself. Earlier versions of a file are not counted separately. The line underneath shows how many were added this month or this year.

  • Active projects: projects created in the selected period.

  • Reach seats: Social seats in use, out of the number your company has purchased.

  • Reach connected accounts: social accounts connected for publishing, with a count per platform (for example LinkedIn 3 · X 1). One person with a seat can connect several accounts, so this number can be higher than your seats.

The Reach figures appear only if your company has Social.

Usage breakdown

When This Month or This Year is selected, a Usage breakdown table below the cards lists each item with its consumption and its % of Limit. Reach connected accounts have no plan limit, so no percentage is shown for them.

If you are near a limit

If you are close to a limit, or a limit looks wrong for your plan, contact your Warrant account manager or Warrant support. Limits are set as part of your plan and cannot be changed from this page.

Who can use it

Only admins can see the Usage page.
